Ralph Hania holds a Ph.D. in chemical physics from the University of Groningen in The Netherlands and has 19 years of experience working as a test reactor irradiation expert at NRG PALLAS. Since 2015 he has spent a significant amount of his time on the qualification of fuels & materials for molten salt reactors in both public and private collaborations.
