R. Yang

Prof. Rui YANG received her PhD degrees in polymer materials at Tsinghua University in 2005. She has worked in the Department of Chemical Engineering, Tsinghua University since 1996 and became a professor of polymer materials in 2021. Her research interests include: Aging behavior and mechanism, fast stability evaluation technique and lifetime prediction, multi-scale theoretical simulation of aging, and stability regulation based on interface design of polymer materials.

She has published 200+ journal papers and two textbooks. She is the vice director of Materials Division of Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society, the vice director of Aging and Service Lifetime of Polymer Materials Division in China Society of Materials Research. She is the chair of National Symposium of Polymer Materials Science and Engineering, the editor-in-chief of Polymer Degradation and Stability
