Siobhan Howard
Siobhan is a Customer Success Manager for Research Intelligence in Australia, New Zealand and Fiji, based in Sydney. Coming from a family of research scientists, Siobhan similarly holds a degree in Neuroscience and is currently pursuing a master's degree in Public Health. Prior to joining Elsevier in September 2022, Siobhan worked in customer success in the tech industry and brings a unique perspective to her current work through humanizing a data-driven approach.
