1Academic rate applies to those with a full-time position in a non-commercial institute.

2Student rate applies to those registered for a higher degree. Student registration forms must be accompanied by a signed letter from your head of department attesting to student status. 3Chinese rates apply to Chinese nationals currently living and working in China

4If you have more than one paper accepted for presentation at the conference (oral or poster), there is an additional registration fee for additional paper. Please select the additional item during the registration process

The registration fee includes:

  • Access to oral and poster sessions

  • Access to online abstracts and the conference app

  • Welcome drinks reception

  • Refreshments and lunch as detailed in the programme

Please be advised that your registration fee does NOT include accommodation, conference dinner and travel insurance, please ensure that you have booked your accommodation and have your own insurance policy before traveling.

Cancellation information

Provided with written notice is received before Friday, October 1, 2027, a full refund will be given but charge 10% less for administration fee.

Provided with written notice is received before Friday, October 15, 2027, a 50% refund will be given.

All registrations cancellation notice after Friday, October 15, 2027, or for no-shows at the conference, it is regretted that the full fee of 100% cancellation charges will be payable with no refund.

Substitutions of registration can be made at any time but please advise the Project Leadopens in new tab/window of a change of name (please do not email credit card information under any circumstances).

In the unlikely event that Elsevier shall deem it necessary to cancel the conference, all pre-paid registration fees will be reimbursed. Elsevier shall not be liable for reimbursing the cost of travel or accommodation arrangements made by individual delegates.

Payment methods

Payment for conference registrations can only be made by credit card online. Elsevier accepts: MasterCard, Visa and American Express, Alipay, Paypal and Unionpay.
