About the Editors

Nar Chauhan

Dr. Narsingh Chauhan’s research explores the microbial world using a systems biology approach. His research group is actively engaged in understanding microbial community structures, host microbiome interactions, Microbial genomic landscapes, and microbial potential in human healthcare & diagnosis. His laboratory is involved in exploring functional genetic elements from microbial assemblages of different ecological niches in India using metagenomic approaches. He is currently leading a research group to understand a correlation of microbial enterotypes and ayurvedic host phenotype (Prakarti) in diverse human population using ayurgenomic approach. v Dr. Chauhan is actively engaged in Post graduate teaching in the Department of Biochemistry

Sarvajeet Gill

Dr. Sarvajeet Singh Gill is an Assistant Professor at Centre for Biotechnology, Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak. His research focus includes Agricultural Plant Biotechnology; Biotic & Abiotic stress biology, plant microbe interaction and in-silico understanding of plant genomes. In addition to his research and teaching responsibilities he has served as Associate Editor for the Brazilian Journal of Botany, and as Guest Editor of Plant Genes.
