Cezary Orlowski is Professor of Computer Science at WSB University in Gdańsk, and head of the computer science group. He is a specialist in the application of mathematical methods, especially fuzzy modelling, mathematical modelling and simulation techniques, expert systems and knowledge base systems in environmental engineering.
