She has held senior leadership roles at Cleveland Clinic London and Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, where she played a key role in designing and embedding education frameworks to support safe, high-quality care in complex clinical environments.

Sonia brings extensive experience in aligning nursing education with service delivery, clinical governance, and digital transformation, including the implementation and optimisation of Electronic Health Records.
