Elsevier Conference Admissions Policy

To help ensure a safe, secure, and professional environment for all participants, the following admissions policy applies to all attendees:

• Registration is required.

  All individuals attending the conference, including delegates, speakers, exhibitors, staff, and volunteers, must be registered and wear a valid conference badge.

• Conference badges must be worn at all times

  while in conference areas and presented upon request by conference staff or venue security.

• Photo identification may be requested.

  Attendees must be able to provide a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a passport, driving licence, or national identity card), or other identification acceptable to the organisers, to verify their identity if requested.

• Badges are personal and non-transferable.

  Sharing, lending, or using another person's badge is strictly prohibited.

• Guests are not permitted.

  Partners, spouses, family members, and other guests may only attend if they have registered for the conference and have been issued with their own conference badge.

• Admission may be refused or withdrawn.

  The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or require any individual to leave the conference if they are unable to provide appropriate identification, are not wearing a valid badge, or fail to comply with this policy or other conference rules. In such cases, refunds or compensation will not normally be provided.

This policy helps us maintain the safety and security of all participants while ensuring that conference facilities and activities are available only to registered attendees.
