Paul Webley

Professor Paul Webley is Director of the Woodside Monash Energy Partnership and the ARC Research Hub for Carbon Reuse and Recycling at Monash University. A global leader in adsorption science, carbon capture, and clean energy technologies, he has over 30 years of academic and industrial experience. His research has produced more than 300 publications, 10 patents, and 27,000 citations, advancing adsorption-based CO₂ capture and utilization. Professor Webley has led major international collaborations with industry and government to accelerate decarbonization and hydrogen technologies.
