Melaine’s academic and professional journey is distinguished by her role at the prestigious Aga Khan University, where she has been a pivotal figure for over a decade. Currently, she serves as the Director of the Research Office, a position she has held since June 2023. In this role, she oversees critical research initiatives, ensuring efficient management and strategic alignment with the university’s objectives. Prior to her current role, Melaine was the Senior Manager of Strategic Planning & Operations at the Institute for Educational Development, Pakistan, from December 2021 to May 2023.
