Mathias leads the Implementation Consulting and Product Support teams for Pure and Interfolio. The Client Services team members assist, guide, and consult with the global customer base to set up, configure, optimise, and maintain their Pure.

Mathias’ focus is operational excellence, customer experience, and organisational development to ensure the services team and their partners always meet client needs and fulfil their use cases.

Prior to joining Elsevier in 2021, Mathias successfully led client services, customer operations and success teams for SaaS, renewal energy, and tech companies in EMEA and the US for the past 15 years.
