Audrey has a PhD in Health Ecology. She worked on bat coronaviruses in Cambodia during her PhD. She is currently post-doc in the TRANSVIHMI unit at the Institute of Research for Sustainable Development, Montpellier, France.
She is specialized on molecular and serological detection and characterization of emerging zoonotic viruses at the interface between wildlife and humans. She works in partnership with research institutes in Western and Central African countries and more specifically in Filoviruses, coronaviruses, Monkeypox viruses.
