Rongping Mu 穆荣平

Dr. Mu Rongping is research fellow at University of Science and Technology of China，editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Science Research Management, and the Journal of Innovation and Development Policy. He has more than 30 years research experiences in the fields S&T and Innovation Development Policy, Technology Foresight, International Competitiveness of Hi-tech Industry. He is the council member of United Nations University, the Board member of The International Network for Governmental Science Advice. He was director-general of the Institute of Policy and Management of Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Dean of the School of Public Policy and Management of University of CAS, the President of Chinese Association of Science of Science and S&T Policy Research.
