Debora Berti

Debora Berti is Professor of Physical Chemistry at the University of Florence, where she also serves as Vice President for Research. Her research focuses on the Physical Chemistry of Soft Matter, specifically complex fluids with biological relevance, and the nano-bio-interface. Debora has authored or co-authored over 200 scientific publications. Currently, she is Co-Editor of the Journal of Colloid and Interface Science, member of the Scientific Advisory Committee of the European Spallation Source and member of the Scientific Advisory Board of the Max Planck Institute for Polymer Research. She is member of the IACIS board (International Association of Colloid and Interface Scientists). She was the President of the European Colloid and Interface Society (2013-2015).
