學術原始就是個浩瀚無垠的宇宙,如何在宇宙中找到定位,找到同好同類,需要有宇宙羅盤。國立中央大學希望協助教師在學術宇宙的旅行中,能更加瞭解自身的能量,以及未來可能的發展。為了達到此目的,校方近 2 年積極建置本校的宇宙羅盤,包含本校電算中心開發之校務資訊系統、「國立中央大學-Pure 學研人才庫」、及 SciVal 等三大系統,希望透過宇宙羅盤(系統工具)的輔助,協助教師加速升等進程、建立學術聲望、爭取計畫資源、擴大國際合作,因此開辦這場發布會「開啟學術原宇宙-認識自身的現狀與探索可能的未來」,讓我們一起覺察自身的學術能量與位置,並看到未來。
此發布會講者邀請到國立中央大學研發處學術組張竝瑜組長、台達電子工業知識管理部門研發經理葉耕文,與 Elsevier 研究智能管理系統經理阮理洲,及研究智能解決方案資深經理何蕙菩,介紹如何透過 Pure 平台與 SciVal 系統找到自身的學術研究位置,及尋求未來學術國際或產業合作的可能。希望透過此發布會,能帶給大家更多不一樣的想法與啟發。

張竝瑜教授 Prof. Chang, Ping-Yu 由於科學發展逐漸全球化及區域化,科學工作者越來越迫切需要了解自身之競爭優勢、科學界的主流趨勢,如何找到國內外合作之社群,以及組織緊密配合之主題研究團隊。而運用人才資料庫進行搜尋與分析,已成為現在科學工作者及科研團隊管理者之重要工作之一。我們希望藉由引進 Pure 人才庫系統,與精進行政單位與科研管理者的協作分析,並由個別研究者自身的經驗與遭遇到的普遍問題,來引導相關的研究團隊找出自身的優勢與定位,同時嘗試搜尋潛在的年輕新秀與參與社群,協助校內外之相關學者與研究團隊社群,在科學研究上深耕卓越。 As a result of globalization and regionalization of scientific endeavors, scientists must understand their own competitive advantages and the mainstream trends in the scientific community. This helps find domestic and foreign collaboration communities and directs the formation of a topic-focused research team. Using an expert database to search and analyze has become one of the most important tools of scientific workers and scientific research team managers. Our hope is that through the implementation of the Pure system, through collaborative analysis with administrative units and scientific research managers, we can guide relevant research teams to uncover their advantages and positioning. At the same time, the Pure system can help search for potential young talent in participating communities, by assisting scholars and their research teams internally and externally, to cultivate excellence in scientific research. |
14:05 | 從企業角度觀看產學合作-國立臺灣師範大學合作案例 葉耕文 Ralph Yeh 產學合作計畫對民間企業是相當重要的一個研發方式,不僅可以與學術界先導性與實用性技術及知識應用研究整合,此外更能培植企業研發潛力與招聘相關人才。學校研發成果能與企業需求的結合可以增進產品附加價值。 此次演講主要分享以台達電從一開始專案合作需求到如何找到學術專家人才進行合作,說明如何透過 Pure 研發平台快速搜尋學術界專家人才與掌握其專業知識與技術,並結合台達電專案媒合進行分析評估,以達到最佳合作效益。 Industry–university collaborations (IUCs) have received increased attention in management practice and research for private sectors. Collaborations can not only integrate with cutting-edge and practical research and technology spawned in academia, but also cultivate the potential of enterprise research and development and boost the talent pool through recruiting. Coupling the university’s research and development results with corporate needs can increase the added value of products. This presentation will share Delta corp’s IUCs process, starting from the kick-off project meeting to identifying relevant academic experts. Furthermore, Mr. Yeh will explain how the PURE portal helps him quickly find expertise and become familiar with research achievements and expertise. He will further explain how the Pure findings are used in conjunction with their internal project matching system for further assessment, in order to find the right match for both the university and the industry partner. |
14:30 | Pure 如何展現研究影響力與尋求合作對象
阮理洲 Leo Juan 說明 Pure 如何協助中央大學展現其研究表現與建立研究合作,對內協助研究者尋找內部合作機會進行跨領域合作,對外促成中央大學與他所院校及產業夥伴建立更為全球化的合作關係,以及吸引新的研究人才。此外並展示國內與國外數則實際使用案例。 This presentation will showcase how Pure helps NCU demonstrate its research capabilities and supports internal/external collaboration. Pure not only assists researchers in finding other partners at NCU, but also enables cross-disciplinary collaboration. Furthermore, it promotes NCU externally to facilitate global collaborative relationships with both cross-institutional/industry partners, and to attract new research talent. In addition, some best practices from Taiwan and other countries will be introduced in this session.. |
15:00 | 精準定位!從您的優勢領域擴大研究合作機會
何蕙菩 Rita Ho 在本場演講中,協助研究者了解自己於全球的位置及優勢領域,運用 SciVal 論文引用數據評估研究趨勢與世界接軌情形。在尋求科學研究資金的機會下,如何強強聯手或是進行跨領域合作,進行研究團隊模擬,辨別研究補助申請或研究專題可能的合作成果,以提供較佳的判斷及決策方向。 This session shows how SciVal helps researchers understand their global position compared with peer groups around the world, and in which subject areas they are strongest. Also discussed is how to use the publication citation data to evaluate research trends in line with global standards. Further, methods to join forces or carry out cross-disciplinary collaboration and conduct research team simulation are presented. Finally, ways to identify possible cooperation results from research grant applications or research topics are discussed. These metrics can drive better judgements in the decision-making processes. |
