Dr. Fuad Khoshnaw

Dr. Fuad Khoshnaw is a senior academic and researcher at the School of Engineering, Infrastructure and Sustainability at De Montfort University, United Kingdom, where he has served as a Senior Lecturer since 2018. He holds a PhD in Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering from Loughborough University, UK, awarded in 2010. Dr. Khoshnaw is recognised as a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy in the UK. In 2005, he was awarded a Chevening Scholarship and participated in the Chevening Technology Enterprise (CTES) program, completing the Innovation and Technology course at London Business School.

Dr. Khoshnaw has authored an extensive number of publications across fields, including corrosion, welding, biomaterials, additive manufacturing, fracture mechanics, and failure analysis. So far, he published more than 100 papers in high-impact factor international journals and conferences. Also, he has edited seven books on corrosion and welding. Additionally, he is an active member of several international editorial boards and regularly reviews academic books and journal submissions.
