Multiple Paper Fee

If you have more than one paper accepted for presentation at the conference (oral or poster), there is an additional registration fee of €50 per additional paper. Please select the additional item during the registration process and indicate all your abstract reference numbers when prompted. Please note this is for papers that you are the presenting author of, not papers that you are co-author of.

Your registration fee includes:

  • Residential rates include 3 nights’ accommodation including bed, breakfast for Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday nights.

    • These rates include evening meals on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, 23-27 August 2026.

    • Tickets can be purchased for the Conference Dinner on Wednesday, 26August 2026 in the evening.

    • Tickets can be purchased for the excursions on Wednesday afternoon.

  • Access to oral and poster sessions

  • Access to online abstracts and the conference app

  • Welcome drinks reception

  • Refreshments on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday morning and Thursday morning.

  • Lunch on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

Residential rates:

Residential rates can be purchased as three different types of registration:

Residential delegates have bedrooms each for the Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday nights.

Sharing residential means, you will share a bedroom with another delegate of the same gender for the Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday nights.

Please confirm if you are travelling with a colleague and would like to share.

Residential with an accompanying person means one person has registered for the conference and a second is sharing a room with breakfast only and not attending the conference sessions.

Payment methods

Payment for conference registrations can only be made by credit card online. Elsevier accepts: MasterCard, Visa and American Express, Alipay, Paypal and Unionpay.

Cancellation information

Substitutions may be made at any time but please advise customer services of a change of name (please do not email credit card information under any circumstances).

If you find it necessary to cancel the registration completely, please notify customer services immediately. Provided written notice is received by 12 July 2026 a full refund will be given less a 10% administration charge. Provided written notice is received by 26 July 2026, a 50% refund will be given. It is regretted for registrations cancelled after 26 July 2026, or for no-shows at the conference, the full fee (100% cancellation charges) will be payable.

In the unlikely event that Elsevier shall deem it necessary to cancel the conference, all pre-paid registration fees will be reimbursed. Elsevier shall not be liable for reimbursing the cost of travel or accommodation arrangements made by individual delegates.
