Tania Wilmann

In her role as Manager, Research Strategy and Performance at JCU, Tania is involved in many initiatives, including academic performance reporting, introducing research impact and the implementation of a new research information management system. This work involves collaboration with staff in both academic and professional roles across the university. Tania has been an enthusiastic and avid user of SciVal since it was first launched and is always keen to explore new functionality. At JCU, Tania uses SciVal to explore performance of individual researchers and groups of staff. She is also promoting the use of SciVal to her colleagues in advancement and grant development, with the aim of using the Topics functionality to showcase JCU’s research areas and strengths.
