Aim & scope

Advances in Applied Microbiology is a Serial which was first published in 1959 by Wayne W. Umbreit. Since its creation, the serial aims to publish new advances in the field and covers a diverse range of in-depth reviews, providing a valuable overview of the current field of applied microbiology. Each volume aims to present interesting chapters written by an international board of authors and serves as an indispensable reference for researchers and students alike.
