Hong Chen is a Customer Success Consultant for Funding Institutional, Pure and Digital Commons Data. Prior to joining Elsevier in May 2018, he worked in the telecom industry for more than 10 years. Where he participated in various innovative solution incubation and development activities that resulted in a global deployment of the products and services. Hong has a PhD in Management from Erasmus University Rotterdam, and a MSc in Computer science.
