Professor Ferry Efendi

Professor Ferry Efendi, S.Kep.Ns., MSc., PhD is a distinguished scholar in Community Health Nursing at the Faculty of Nursing, Universitas Airlangga, Surabaya, Indonesia. He has been recognized among the World’s Top 2% Scientists in Nursing for four consecutive years (2022–2025) by Elsevier and Stanford University. He currently serves as Head of the Institute for Journal Development, Publications, and Intellectual Property Rights at Universitas Airlangga. Internationally recognized for his research on global nurse migration, his scholarly work has been cited in international policy documents and has contributed to discussions on nursing workforce mobility and global health policy.
