Cordelia Selomulya

Prof. Cordelia Selomulya is the Head of School of Chemical Engineering 새 탭/창에서 열기, UNSW Sydney, and previously the Associate Dean Research at UNSW Engineering 새 탭/창에서 열기. She is the Research and Commercialisation Director of the Future Food Systems CRC 새 탭/창에서 열기. At UNSW, Cordelia has continued to lead a research team 새 탭/창에서 열기 focusing on solving the grand challenges at the interface of food engineering and science, on topics including smart drying, protein functionality, encapsulation, and food structure research. She was the recipient of IChemE Global Awards in Food and Drink category, BHERT (Business & Higher Education Round Table) Award for outstanding collaboration in R&D, ICEF’s Young Food Engineer Award, and Fonterra Award for outstanding contribution in the industrial application of a novel technology in the field of bioprocessing. She is a Fellow of the Australian Academy of Technology and Engineering (ATSE) 새 탭/창에서 열기, a Fellow of the Institution of Chemical Engineers (IChemE) 새 탭/창에서 열기, and a Fellow of the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) 새 탭/창에서 열기. She is the Executive Editor for Advanced Powder Technology, Regional Editor of Particuology, and is on the Editorial Board for Food and Bioproducts Processing.
