Lindsey Smith serves as the Senior Director of Customer Experience at Global Health Marketing at Elsevier, dedicating her efforts to crafting impactful and unforgettable customer experiences for our learners and partners to help them fall in love — and stay in love — with Elsevier.
In her current role, she is also responsible for leading special initiatives including the #RaiseTheLine Faculty Awards, Year of the Zebra Rare Disease Initiative, and various #SpreadJoy programs internally and externally. Before joining Osmosis in 2019, she led Strategic Partnerships for Collegiate and Professional Sports including the Kansas City Chiefs (NFL), USA Triathlon, USA Olympic Trials, and PBR.
Outside of work, Lindsey enjoys spending time with her three children and partner in Colorado.
