Talk: Gas separation and conversion enhanced by ionic microhabitat

Xiangping Zhang is a professor at Institute of Process Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS). She got her Ph.D. degree in Chemical Engineering from Dalian University of Technology in 2002, and then joined in Institute of Process Engineering, CAS.

She was awarded the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scientists in 2014. Her main research interests include: ionic liquids design and preparation, gas separation and purification, CO2 capture and utilization, process system integration, chemical thermodynamics. She has published more than 200 articles in peer reviewed journals, and obtained more than 60 issued invention patents.
