Pannee Cheewinsiriwa is the Assistant to the President in Research Affairs at Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok, Thailand, and an Associate Professor in Geography. She holds a Ph.D. in Geomatics from Newcastle University, UK, and an MSc in Computer Science and BA in Geography from Chulalongkorn University. Since 2004, she has been a lecturer in Geography at Chulalongkorn University, focusing on GIS, geostatistics, population geography, and geographic information technologies.
