Description
Journal of Reproduction and Contraception, sponsored by the Shanghai Institute of Planned Parenthood Research, WHO Special
Programme of Research, Development and Research Training in Human Reproduction (HRP) and National Population and Family Planning Commission,
P. R. China, publishes full-length, peer-reviewed papers reporting original research, as well as opinions and debates. Clinical case
reports of outstanding originality and importance will also be considered for publication. Papers should be within the recognized broad
scope of reproductive biology and reproductive medicine and can cover relevant scientific and medical aspects of reproductive physiology,
pathology and pharmacology, reproductive endocrinology and endocrine therapies, andrology, gonadal function, gametogensis, fertilization,
embryo development, implantation, pregnancy, genetics, genetic diagnosis, birth health and heredity, oncology, infectious diseases, surgery,
menstrual disorders, contraception and contraceptive drugs and instruments, infertility treatment, psychological, ethical and social
issues and reproductive and post-reproductive epidemiology. Research, which would be classified as, clearly in the fields of feto-maternal
medicine or gynecological oncology will not normally be published.
