Description The Bárány Society is named after Prof. Dr. Robert Bárány who clarified the physiology and pathology of the
human vestibular apparatus and was awarded the Nobel Prize for his work in 1914. The meetings are held in his tradition of the highest
quality research, reflected in this latest volume. This book's chapters follow the comprehensive coverage of the conference, from basic
equilibrium research through equilibriometry to investigations of clinical disorders such as abnormal eye movement, vertigo, chronic
schizophrenia and epilepsy. Two sections are devoted to afternystagmus and neurootosurgery.
