DERMATOLOGY AND VENEREOLOGY (SECTION 13 EMBASE)
Dermatology and Venereology (Section 13 EMBASE)Excerpta Medica Abstract Journal

Description

This journal aims to provide its readers with a swift, yet complete, current awareness service. This is achieved both by the scope and structure of the journal, key features of which are:

• Careful selection of relevant abstracts (and other bibliographic data) from the latest issues of 4,000 leading international biomedical journals.

• The arrangement, within each issue, of abstracts into separate chapters devoted to a specific topic. The journal covers all aspects of skin and venereal diseases, and includes microbiology, sexually transmitted diseases, immunology, allergy and skin toxicology, skin physiology and biochemistry. It does not cover non-dermatologic aspects of stomatology, proctology, or sexually transmitted diseases. Burns and burn infections are not covered, as they are covered in Section 9: Surgery.

• Detailed author and keyword indexes to allow the reader to locate items of special interest.
