It is possible that your missing issue has not been dispatched.  Please use our Dispatch Dates Search Option to check whether your order has been dispatched.

Please note that it may take 6-8 weeks after the dispatch date for your issue to arrive.  If your missing issue has been dispatched more than 8 weeks ago and you have still not received it then please complete the required fields in our Claims for Missing Orders Form and we will respond within 3 working days.
