If you have not received all the goods you ordered it may be that some of your goods are not currently available. Please check your invoice for the status of all goods ordered. If you require any further clarification, please contact our Customer Services Department.

If the book you ordered has not yet been published then your invoice will state Backordered, Not Yet Published and will also show an Expected Publish Date. Please note that your credit card will not be charged until the book has been dispatched.
