Claims
Missing or damaged issue claims will be fulfilled, at no charge, if made
within six months of issue date. No credits or refunds will be given if an
issue is "out of print" at the time of claim.

Cancellations
Full refunds are provided for subscriptions cancelled before the first issue
is mailed. After the first issue is mailed, pro-rated refunds are provided for
the unfulfilled part of the subscription.
