Library Relations

At Elsevier, Library Relations is an integrated part of our efforts in sales, marketing, product development and policy making. The Elsevier Library Advisory Boards in Europe and North America have long served as important forums for dialog and action. More recently, our product groups have established “Development Partners” programs which bring more librarians' voices to the mix. Elsevier also fosters library communications via Library Connect publications and seminars. Elsevier staff from all parts of the company including strategy, sales, product and marketing are engaged in discussion of industry issues at library conferences and events.

A familiar face at library events as well as a familiar voice on library listservs is Daviess Menefee, Director of Library Relations.

If you would like general information about Elsevier relating to libraries and the LIS profession, please contact library.relations@elsevier.com.
