THEORETICAL COMPUTER SCIENCE

Special issues & Supplements

Theoretical Computer Science publishes three kinds of Special Issues.

The first kind is based on an important conference or other event, and contains extended versions of selected papers presented at that event.

The second kind aims to give a focused picture of recent developments in an emerging or "hot" research area, and typically combines papers by selected experts with papers submitted in response to an open call for contributions.

The third kind, which is rare, is a Festschrift: a collection of papers in honour of a central figure in theoretical Computer Science.

As well as being selected for relevance to the Special Issue by its Guest Editors, all contributions are peer-reviewed to the usual high standards of Theoretical Computer Science.

Proposals for Special Issues should be submitted by the prospective Guest Editors to the relevant Editor-in-Chief of Theoretical Computer Science, following these instructions.
