the Cambridge University Charles Baker Prize in Engineering. He received a PhD degree from Yale University in 1987.

Professor and Head of the Control Division in the Department of Electrical Engineering at the National University of Singapore, Professor
Lee's present research areas include intelligent mechatronics, adaptive and learning systems, and knowledge-based methodologies.
Professor
Lee has published and presented over 100 papers in international journals and at conferences. In addition, he has co-authored the book Adaptive Control (ISA Press) and is an Associate Editor of Transactions on Systems, Man and Cybernetics (IEEE), Transactions
on Industrial Electronics (IEEE) and Control Engineering Practice (an IFAC journal published by Elsevier). |
