Chaos, Solitons & Fractals provides a medium for the rapid publication of full length original
papers, short communications, reviews and tutorial articles in the following subjects:- deterministic chaos and fractals, bifurcation
and singularity theory, stability theory, soliton and coherent phenomena, formation of pattern, evolution, complexity theory, neural
networks, particle physics, environmental science, earthquake seismology & engineering, relativity, quantum mechanics and nanotechnology.
Contributions on both fundamental and applied studies are welcome, but the emphasis of the journal will be on applications in the following

Founding Editor:
M.S. El Naschie
We would like to inform you that Dr. M.S. El Naschie has retired as Editor-in-Chief for Chaos, Solitons and Fractals. Elsevier is currently working with the editorial board and other advisors to identify a new editor, as well as reviewing the aims and scope of the journal, the editorial policies and submission arrangements.
Currently we have many accepted Chaos, Solitons and Fractals papers waiting to be published. We feel it is inappropriate to keep scientists waiting too long before their research paper is published and therefore, for the moment, we are not accepting any new submissions to the journal Chaos, Solitons and Fractals.
We trust you understand our decision and we hope you will find another suitable journal for publication of your research paper (please have a look at: www.elsevier.com). We apologise for any inconvenience and please do consider us again for your next upcoming research paper.
