Prior to submitting

The system automatically converts
source files to a single Adobe Acrobat PDF version of the article, which is used in the peer-review process. Please note that even though

Original material: Submission of an article implies that the work described has not been published

Upon acceptance of

Structure: Follow this order when typing
manuscripts: Title, Authors, Affiliations, Abstract, Keywords, Main text, Acknowledgements, Appendix, References, Figure Captions and
then Tables. The title pages should include (a) article title; (b) author names; (c) affiliations; (d) abstract; (e) keywords taken from
the list appearing
at the back of each issue and (f) the corresponding author's telephone and fax numbers and E-mail address if available. Any acknowledgements
of research assistance or support should follow the text before the references. Do not import the Figures or Tables into your text. The
corresponding author should be identified with an asterisk and footnote. All other footnotes (except for table footnotes) should be identified

Text
Layout: Use double spacing and wide margins. (Avoid full justification, i.e., do not use a constant right-hand
margin.) Ensure that each new paragraph is clearly indicated. Present tables and figure legends on separate pages at the end of the manuscript.
If possible, consult a recent issue of the journal to become familiar with layout and conventions. Number all pages consecutively, use

Abstract: A self-contained abstract outlining in a single paragraph the aims, scope and conclusions of the paper must be

Keywords: Immediately after the abstract, authors should select a maximum of five keywords taken from the list. Each keyword should be accompanied by the capital letter denoting the category from which the
keyword has been selected. If authors wish, they may nominate one keyword which is not included in the list. Back

Symbols: Particular care should be exercised
in identifying all symbols and in avoiding ambiguities. Distinction should be made between the number one and the letter l, and between
zero and the letter O. Other symbols and marks must be clearly identified.
Units: Follow internationally accepted rules and conventions: use the international system of units (SI). If other quantities are mentioned,

Maths: Number consecutively any equations that have to be displayed separately from the text (if referred to explicitly
in the text).
References: All publications cited in the text should be
presented in a list of references following the text of the manuscript. In the text refer to the author's name (without initials) and
year of publication (e.g. "Since Peterson (1993) has shown that..." or "This is in the agreement with results obtained later (Kramer,
1994)"). For three or more authors use the first author followed by "et al.", in the text. The list of references should be arranged
alphabetically by authors' names. The manuscript should be carefully checked to ensure that the spelling of authors' names and dates
are exactly the same in the text as in the reference list. References should be given in the following form:

Tables: Tables should be numbered consecutively
and given suitable caption. No vertical rules should be used. Tables should not duplicate results presented elsewhere in the manuscript
(for example, in graphs). Footnotes to tables should be typed below the table and should be referred to by superscript lowercase letters.

Electronic Annexes Authors may submit electronic annexes, such as short videos, computer-enhanced images, audio clips and large

for details on file types to be used. In the text of your article you may wish to refer to the annex. This is not mandatory, however,
if you do wish to refer to the annex in the text then please do so using this example: 'see Electronic Annex 1 in the online version
