Corresponding Author Form and Transmittal Letter are no longer required
items for Manuscripts, AAO Meeting Papers, Evidence Based Studies or Translational Science Reviews.
Any comments or additional information
for Editors can be put in the Author Comments section of the submission process and the points addressed in the corresponding author
form are now built into the submission process.
Copyright(s) with signatures from all authors and ICMJE Conflict of Interest forms
from each author must be uploaded no later than first revision of a given submission. Uploading at time of initial submission is preferred.
These two items are required for all submission types.
