Excerpta Medica Abstract Journal
Description
This journal aims to provide its readers with a swift, yet complete, current awareness service. This is achieved
both by the scope and structure of the journal, key features of which are:
• Careful selection of relevant abstracts (and other
bibliographic data) from the latest issues of 4,000 leading international biomedical journals.
• The arrangement, within each
issue, of abstracts into separate chapters devoted to a specific topic. The journal covers both experimental and clinical aspects of
malignant neoplastic disease and includes research in cancer immunology, oncogenes, viral and chemical carcinogenesis, and cancer chemotherapeutic
agents. The material is basically arranged by organ system, with additional chapters on cancer research, diagnosis, treatment, epidemiology
and prevention and childhood cancer.
• Detailed author and keyword indexes to allow the reader to locate items of special interest.
