Prices
The journal prices are effective starting January 1,
2006.
All prices are suggested list prices and subject to change
without notice. Prices include:
surface postage and exclude VAT. VAT
will be added according to tax regulations as valid on the day of invoicing.
Special airmail rates are available on request.
Customers in EU
countries please state your VAT-identification number if applicable.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions not entered specifically for one
year only will be renewed automatically
unless cancelled by October 31.
Personal Subscriptions
Subscription orders at a personal rate
must include the recipient’s name and residential address. (An institutional
or business address is only accepted if the institute or company has also a
subscription). The payment of the personal subscriber has to be made by
personal cheque, or by credit card only (Eurocard/ Mastercard, VISA or
American Express).
Additional volumes
The publisher reserves the right to issue
additional volumes during the course of the year.
Supplements
Special supplements and/or some cumulative indexes
are included in the subscription rates.
