  • Molecular Oncology board member and author, Anne-Lise Børresen-Dale wins External linkNorwegian Award for Excellent Research, the annual prize for excellent research from the Research Council of Norway amounting to 500.000 NOK. Anne Lise Børresen-Dale ranks among the foremost experts in the country in the field of cancer research, with an extra focus on genetic influence.
  • Eight Elsevier books were honored with first prize at the annual British Medical Association Medical Book Competition ceremony in London. An additional 19 Elsevier books were highly commended and five received commendation.
