Elsevier Honored as “The Most Influential Publisher of the Last 100 Years in BioMedicine and the Life Sciences” by the Special Libraries Association.
Six Elsevier Titles are ranked in the Top 20 Computer Science Journals, according to the Times Higher Education, a weekly publication that is devoted to coverage of topics relating to higher education.
Molecular Oncology board member and author, Anne-Lise Børresen-Dale wins Norwegian Award for Excellent Research, the annual prize for excellent research from the Research Council of Norway amounting to 500.000 NOK. Anne Lise Børresen-Dale ranks among the foremost experts in the country in the field of cancer research, with an extra focus on genetic influence.
Eight Elsevier books were honored with first prize at the annual British Medical Association Medical Book Competition ceremony in London. An additional 19 Elsevier books were highly commended and five received commendation.
