Graduates

In the UK, we don’t recruit into a generic graduate scheme. Instead, we match each individual to a particular role based on their talent, skills and future potential. For some roles, especially in the Publishing areas, we do look for specific degrees although for many others, you may be qualified in any discipline.

Whatever the position, you can guarantee you will be challenged from the beginning and have the opportunity to take on more responsibility as you grow with the role. Support will come from ongoing professional and personal development throughout your career.

If you would like to join us, you can check our current jobs for various opportunities, alternatively, make a general application and we can identify a suitable role for you.

MBA Executive Development Programme

Our Executive Development Programme is tailored to your interests, based on your developmental goals, integrated into your career and will result in your long-term success at Elsevier.

We believe in keeping the programme as flexible as possible allowing us to offer you the choice of a number of interesting business critical projects across multiple business units and functional areas. Placements may range, for example, from a line job in Operations to a leadership position in our growing China business.

A limited number of candidates are hired each year on a global basis. We invite applications from all interested parties who are nearing to completion of, or have completed, their MBA. Should you reach the selection process, you will have the opportunity to meet a number of our senior directors.

Interested candidates should send a general application through to us and we’ll be in touch.
