From the current vacancy list, click on the ‘candidate profile’ link on the right hand side of the page and this will take you through to be able to create a candidate profile in the system, where you will be able to select the job functions of interest to you. What’s the interview format if I’m selected?
Our interview process is flexible depending on the role. For some roles, we may prefer to hold a telephone interview before inviting you in for a face-to-face meeting. Most commonly there is a two-stage interview process whereby you will initially meet with the hiring manager and Human Resources where we will explore your experience, skills and career goals. Should you be invited to return for a second interview, this will be a competency-based process using behavioural style questioning where you will be asked to demonstrate previous evidence of the required competencies for that role.
You will of course, have the chance to ask us some questions of your own, about the role, culture, working environment or any other area of interest to you. This is also your chance to tell us more about your achievements, the challenges you’ve faced and how you’ve demonstrated the qualities we’re looking for.
We also use both ability and personality assessments where appropriate.
