This series is dedicated to publishing original scholarly contributions that systematically analyze legal-economic issues. The monographs are dedicated to various themes that cover topics such as:
- the formulation and/or critique of alternative theories of law and economics, including the new law and economics; economics of property rights, institutionalist and neoinstitutionalist law and economics;
- the analysis of public policy issues related to the interface between judicial decisions and/or statutory law and the economy.
- explore economic impact of political and legal changes brought on by new technologies and or environmental concerns; examine the broad array of legal/economics issues surrounding deregulation-regulation phenomena;
- and the analysis of systemic effects of legal change on incentives and economic performance.
