Description
Oral and maxillofacial radiology is a wide field covering basic to clinical radiology, radiation physics and biology, diagnostic imaging,
therapeutic radiology, health physics, radiation hazards and protection. Oral and maxillofacial radiology now holds a secure place as
a dental science and medicine. The direction in which oral radiologists should head in the 21st century was clearly indicated
at the conference and in that sense, this publication acts as a milestone towards the further advancement of dental science.
Topics
covered in this comprehensive volume include:
- Education and Computer Assisted Diagnosis
- Digital Radiography, Display
and Sensor
- Infection Control
- Dental Implantology
- Bone structures and bone mineral density
- Hormonal
Disturbance and Systemic Disease
- Temporomandibular Joint
Audience
Perfect for oral radiologists, dental surgeons and dental scientists.
