MANUSCRIPT REGISTRATION

After your paper is accepted, the Editor sends your paper to Elsevier
for processing. The paper is registered and a unique reference number
is assigned to it. We use this number to track your paper throughout the
production process.

We check your paper for completeness (hard copy, disk, artwork, tables
and address details). The quality of artwork is also checked.

Following that, you will receive a letter of acknowledgement, including a copyright
transfer form, an offprint order form and the unique reference number in the top
right hand corner of the letter. This number is used to track your paper through
the production process and should be quoted in all correspondence with Elsevier.

If the paper is incomplete, we will ask you for any missing items. If the artwork is
in color, we will tell you about the costs involved and give you the option to print
in black and white.
