Fields medalist makes a video abstract for the Journal of Number Theory
Early this year the Journal of Number Theory launched a dedicated site on youtube to host video abstracts. The idea was that authors would have the opportunity to further showcase their work and ideas utilizing video. The abstracts also create a permanent video archive for future generations of mathematicians to explore and discover. Contributions were almost immediate and the journal’s youtube page currently has 10 videos and 100 subscribers from around the world.
