ScienceDirect Backfiles
In January 2001 Elsevier began to digitize its entire journal list prior to 1995, back to Volume 1, Issue 1 of every title. The full-text of these backfiles are being made available through ScienceDirect and are fully searchable with HTML summaries and reference lists, enabling direct linking to cited and citing articles on ScienceDirect
Why are the backfiles important for mathematicians?
The package includes many leading, influential and high impact journals in Mathematics, including breakthrough articles such as Field Medal winning research. Reference lining and cited by functionality facilitates comprehensive and complete information retrieval for every topic or individual paper.
Read award winning articles and benefit from the research they have influenced
The collection includes leading articles from Field Medal winners such as Jean Pierre Serre, Klaus Friedrich Roth, Michael Francis Atiyah, Serge P Novikov, Alain Connes and Pierre René Deligne.
