Photo of the Month - Journal of Structural Geology
The idea is to invite all contributors and readers of the journal to
contribute interesting and striking photographs of deformation structures on
all scales, with a figure caption. The editors will select the best
photographs and publish them as photograph of the month. Readers of the
Journal are welcome to write a short discussion to the interpretation given in
the caption, or other relevant comments, which will then be published in a
following issue, if relevant with a reply of the original author. We wish to
stress that copyright of the photographs is retained by the owner of the
photograph, and is not transferred to Elsevier. Also, no one will be allowed
to use the photographs without permission of the owner. We hereby invite you
to let us share in the nice and interesting structures which you have
encountered over the years, and we hope that this new feature of the Journal
will be a success.
Please send photographs as .tiff or .jpg with caption to jsg@mail.uni-mainz.de
