New Journal Homepages

Elsevier is pleased to announce the redesign of the food science journal home pages. The new journal homepages will be more flexible and dynamic and include core journal information, Most Recent Articles, social media, Most Read Articles, Most Cited Articles, and Special Issues.

We trust the improved lay-out better reflects the different aspects of our journals. Each journal homepage can be easily accessed via the Food Science Homepage.

Food Science News

At the recent External link2011 EFFoST Annual Meeting, held in Berlin, EFFoST presented their External linkLifetime Achievement Award to Lyndon Driscoll, former Executive Publisher for the Elsevier food science journals. Driscoll, who retired in July after 17 years managing the list, was recognized for his contribution to the promotion of food science publishing and education, within EFFoST member countries and around the world.
