Talk: Phase separation: an effective tool to improve the performance and processability of vitrimers?

Renaud Nicolaÿ received his Ph.D. degree from Carnegie Mellon University in 2009, working under the supervision of Professor Krzysztof Matyjaszewski

In 2010, he joined the group of Professor E. W. Meijer at the Eindhoven University of Technology as a postdoctoral researcher. Later that year, he took a position of assistant professor at the ESPCI Paris, where he is now Professor of Organic and Polymer Chemistry. He is leading the "Chemistry and Macromolecular Design" team within the “Molecular, Macromolecular Chemistry and Materials” laboratory. The research activities of the team aim at developing new synthetic methodologies, as well as to design responsive formulations and materials. In this context, dynamic covalent chemistry and supramolecular chemistry are used as versatile tools to access formulations and materials whose connectivity and/or dynamics can be modulated with various stimuli
